my name is Helma Cauberg-Adriolo (1963)I live in the southern part of the Netherlands
as a child I loved to draw very much, and that feeling stayed with me my whole life. Although it took some years to discover that I wanted to do something with this drive.
Since I was so interested in art and artists, and I loved to watch works of art. But it wasn't before my 30st, that I realised that this was my artists calling. From that time off, I started drawing again.
In the beginning I teached myself different techniques just by watching certain works of art, wanting to improve myself. Precision and detailing where very important to me at that stage.
the next phase was signing in for art-classes and a few workshops. The introduction of new materials broadened my horizon and I developed my passion for art more and more.
at this point I am attending Art School nearby in Belgium, for my third year now. Where I learn more about materials as well techniques. And the interaction between fellow students and also teachers gives me a huge source of energy for the next couple of years.
